Kapish Atelier

These terms add to the Kapish Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for Atelier — the AI studio that writes a static website and may host it. Counsel may edit this page; the product does not wait.

1. Not a registrar

Kapish does not sell, transfer, or escrow domain names. You buy and renew the name at your registrar. We show DNS instructions and, with Host, serve the site.

2. Host licence

While Host is paid and the site is not paused or suspended, Kapish grants a non-exclusive licence to serve the current bundle on {slug}.kapish.site and verified custom hostnames. Ending Host, Pause, or Suspend stops serving. A ZIP download remains unless Suspend is for abuse.

3. Generated works

You may use the generated HTML and CSS for your business. Kapish and model vendors retain rights in underlying models. Output may resemble other sites; uniqueness is not warranted. You are responsible for trademark, copyright, and advertising claims in copy you accept. If you paste another website as a redesign or example, Kapish will not clone that layout or copy; you still warrant you may use the facts you provide.

4. Photos

Uploads must be owned or licensed by you. Kapish may store, transcode, and serve them on the site. We strip GPS EXIF. We do not sell photo libraries. Unlicensed stock is your risk.

5. AI

Brief, chat, and optional source URLs are sent to OpenAI and Anthropic under Kapish vendor accounts. Do not paste card PANs or guest ID scans into Atelier chat.

6. Bind / bookings

Room contracts are between guest and hotel. The public book API creates an advance in Kapish Front Office. Kapish is not the innkeeper. Binding a hotel does not change the ERP package.

7. Acceptable use

No phishing, malware, adult or illegal content, or impersonation. Ops may Pause or Suspend Atelier without touching hotel bookings. Pause and Suspend are independent of an ERP ban.

8. Privacy

Site analytics v1: server logs (IP truncated after 14 days). No third-party ad pixels in v1. Photos and Brief are stored with the business; deletion follows Kapish account deletion. Email hello@kapishai.com.
