Terms of Service

By using Kapish AI (“Kapish”, “we”, “us”) you agree to these Terms. Kapish is provided by SaasPoint Technologies as an AI business manager and multi-industry ERP for hotels, restaurants, salons, retail, optical clinics, and related businesses, including optional channel and marketing integrations.

1. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, for safeguarding login credentials, and for ensuring staff roles match your internal policies. You may not misuse Kapish to spam, fabricate reviews, scrape third-party platforms beyond authorized APIs, or violate applicable law.

2. Trial & subscription

The free trial gives access for 30 days unless otherwise stated. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid plan. You may cancel anytime; access ends at the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing.

3. Payments & payment gateways

Subscription charges and in-product payments (for example guest or customer checkouts where enabled) may be processed by third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or other providers we configure for your region. By paying through Kapish you also accept the applicable gateway’s terms. We do not store full card numbers on Kapish servers; card and UPI data is handled by the gateway. You are responsible for taxes, chargebacks, and refunds according to your own business policies and local law.

4. Google APIs & Google Business Profile

Kapish may integrate with Google services including Google Sign-In / OAuth, Google Drive (for optional backups), Google Places (for location lookup), and Google Business Profile APIs (for profile audit, posts, and review replies you authorize).

When you connect Google Business Profile, you grant Kapish permission to access only the Business Profile accounts and locations you select, using Google’s OAuth consent. You remain the controller of your Google Business data. You must comply with Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements, and with Google Business Profile content policies. Kapish will not sell Google user data, use it for advertising unrelated to providing the feature, or post fake reviews. You may disconnect Google access at any time from Kapish or from your Google Account permissions.

5. Other channel integrations

Optional OTA, marketplace, messaging, or backup connectors (for example MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Amazon, Flipkart, WhatsApp, Drive) are provided “as available”. Third-party outages or policy changes may affect sync. You must have legal rights to connect those accounts.

6. Service availability & changes

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may evolve; material changes to these Terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

8. Kapish Atelier

Atelier is an AI website studio and optional host. It is not WordPress, not a theme shop, and not an ERP package. Extra terms for generated sites, Host, DNS, bind, and photos are at /legal/atelier.
