Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 August 2026

Kapish AI (“we”, “us”), operated by SaasPoint Technologies, respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use kapishai.com and the Kapish product, and how we use it.

1. Account & business data

When you create an account we store contact details, business profile, sales, bookings, invoices, stock, staff roles, channel integrations, and related operational records so the product can function. Your data stays yours. You can request export or deletion by emailing hello@kapishai.com. We do not sell customer or business data to third parties.

2. Google user data & Google Business Profile

If you connect Google services, Kapish may receive OAuth tokens and profile identifiers needed to provide the feature you enabled:

  • Google Business Profile — account/location metadata, business information fields, reviews (for reply workflows), and local posts you create through Kapish.
  • Google Drive — only when you enable Drive backup/import; limited to files Kapish creates or you select under the granted Drive scope.
  • Google Places — public place lookup results when you search or link a location (API key–based; not your private Gmail).

Google user data is used solely to provide and improve the Kapish features you requested (for example Marketing audits, review replies, posts, and Drive backups). We do not use Google user data for independent advertising, sell it, or transfer it except to subprocessors needed to run Kapish (hosting, databases) under confidentiality. Access tokens are stored securely and associated with your Kapish business. You can revoke access in Kapish (disconnect) or in your Google Account. Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Payments

Subscription and customer payments may be processed by payment gateways (for example Razorpay). Gateways receive payment credentials directly; Kapish typically stores payment status, order references, and limited billing metadata — not full card PANs. Gateway privacy policies apply to data they process.

4. Analytics & cookies

We may use privacy-conscious analytics to improve the product. The marketing site may use standard cookies or similar technologies for session and measurement. You can control cookies via your browser settings.

5. Retention & security

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, or dispute purposes. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls). No method of transmission is 100% secure.

6. Contact
